As a Product Management Trainee, you will support the Senior Product Owner in delivering high-quality product features for our e-wallet application, with a primary focus on enhancing the home page user experience, driving personalization, and improving the effectiveness of home search. You will work across data analysis, requirement definition, UX collaboration, and delivery coordination with Tech, QA, Data and Design teams to ensure products are shipped on time and create real value for users. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze product data to measure product quality, identify root causes of issues, and highlight opportunities for improvement. 
  • Conduct basic user research and market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Define wireframes and collaborate with UI/UX designers to finalize user-centric designs. 
  • Prepare the Product Requirement Document and participate in grooming and planning sessions with the technical team. 
  • Work closely with Development, QA, and Design teams to deliver product features on time and align with business goals. 
  • Support product launches and continuously monitor performance after release, proposing follow-up improvements when needed. 

Yêu cầu

Technical & Analytical Skills 

  • Available to work full-time, currently a final-year student or fresh graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields. 
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis and insight derivation. 
  • Basic UI/UX sense: able to recognize good vs. poor user experience and contribute to improving it. 
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for reviewing and working with wireframes and UI designs. 
  • Basic understanding of ML/AI concepts, especially in the context of product and data, is a plus.
